How we quote
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee in writing after a free scoping call. The fee reflects the scope, the sources and the timeline, so we do not publish a price list.
What the research covers
Six questions a market assessment should answer before a board relies on it.
Market size and structure
Demand, segments, growth and the official series behind each figure, with the reference period stated.
Players and value chain
The principal companies, ownership where it is public, and how the value chain is organised.
Regulation and authorities
Federal and provincial bodies, the licences and approvals they issue, and where their mandates overlap.
Trade and tariffs
Import duties, preferential access and the landed cost of inputs or finished goods.

Data quality
Where official figures are old, incomplete or contested, and what that means for the decision.

Learn moreDue diligence
Independent checks on the sector, the regulation and the counterparties behind an investment.
Learn moreRegistration and licensing
Company registration, tax registration and the sector licences an activity needs.
Learn moreLocal representation
A named point of contact, monitoring and on-the-ground support while you build a presence.
Learn moreHow this differs from other providers
Different providers solve different problems. These are the boundaries, so you can decide what you need.
Global audit and advisory firms
They bring audit, tax and transaction depth. If you need a signed audit or a global transformation programme, they are the right call. If you need a Pakistan-specific market and regulatory picture at a fixed fee, that is our work.
Data and BI vendors
They build dashboards, pipelines and reporting. They do not explain why a number moved, which authority set the rule or what it means for entry. We provide the explanation and the sources behind it.
Business councils and trade bodies
They publish valuable public research, including the Make-in-Pakistan studies. That work is public and sector-wide. Commissioned research is confidential, specific to your question and delivered to your timeline.
Freelance researchers
A good freelancer can handle a short task. An institute brings review, a published method, an evidence trail, and a contract that can go through procurement.

Frequently asked questions
What do you mean by market research?
A sourced assessment of a market, its players, its rules and its direction, built for a decision. It is not a data subscription, a dashboard or a generic country note.
Is this primary research?
It is desk-based: official statistics, regulator publications, company filings and trade data. Where a question needs a survey or fieldwork, we say so and scope it separately rather than substitute secondary sources.
Can you size a market without a survey?
Often, yes. Official statistics, trade data, regulator data and company filings support a sourced estimate for many sectors. Where they do not, we say so and explain what primary research would add.
How current are the figures?
Every report states the reference period of each series and the date it was retrieved. Where the most recent official figure is more than a year old, the report says so.
How is this different from a management consultancy?
We do not audit, implement systems or provide legal, tax or investment advice. We build the sourced market and regulatory picture your decision needs, and work alongside your lawyers, accountants and technical advisers.
Which sectors do you cover?
Energy, trade and manufacturing, financial services, technology, agriculture and food, health, education and others. If a sector is outside our depth, we say so at scoping.
Do you work with Pakistani companies as well as foreign investors?
Yes. A local company testing a new segment or province and a foreign investor entering the country need the same evidence, with a different emphasis. The scope is set accordingly.
Can you help with market entry and registration?
Yes, through our investor support services: market entry roadmaps, due diligence, registration and licensing guidance, expert consultations and local representation. They are linked from this page.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee in writing after a free scoping call. The fee reflects the scope, the sources and the timeline. The first conversation is free.
Can you present the findings to our board?
Yes. Findings are delivered as a written report and a briefing, by video call or in person in Lahore.
