Who we are

PIVRA is an independent, non-partisan research and policy institute based in Lahore and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. We connect research, policy and implementation: we produce evidence on Pakistan's development challenges, turn it into practical policy, and help organisations put it into practice. Foundations, development partners, NGOs, companies, universities and public bodies commission us for research, proposals, writing, ESG advisory and training.
