How we use your information

The Pakistan Institute for Vision Research and Action (PIVRA) collects the information in this form to assess your application to the PIVRA Expert Network and, if you join, to manage your membership and contact you about relevant opportunities.

Who can see it

Your application, including any CV you upload, is seen only by authorised PIVRA staff involved in reviewing applications and managing the network. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. Your details are published only if you are accepted and have given consent to be listed in the Expert Directory, and only your name, title, organisation and areas of expertise.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may process data outside Pakistan. Access to the staff area is restricted to named PIVRA staff.

How long we keep it

If your application is not successful, we delete it twelve months after our decision. If you become a member, we keep your information for as long as you remain a member and for twelve months afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your application or any consent, at any time by emailing info@pivra.org. Please include your reference number.
