Which currency applies to my organisation?
Fees in US dollars apply to organisations based outside Pakistan. Fees in Pakistani rupees apply to organisations based in Pakistan.
Are these the final prices?
They are starting fees for a typical engagement. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee in a written proposal after scoping, and the fee does not change unless the scope changes in writing.
How is payment made?
Engagements are invoiced by the Pakistan Institute for Vision Research and Action. Reports and studies are typically invoiced 50 percent on signing and 50 percent on delivery. Monthly services are invoiced in advance. Payment is by bank transfer only.
Is the first consultation charged?
No. The first conversation, scoping and the written quote are free and carry no obligation.
What about proposal writing, M&E, training and other development-sector work?
These are scoped to each organisation’s budget and deadline and quoted individually. See Services.
Do you offer rates for non-profits?
Registered non-profits and university teams in Pakistan may ask about reduced research fees at the inquiry stage. Any reduction is stated in the written quote.
